Hi blog dudes and dudettes - over the past few years, it has been my honor to actually have some people read what I have written. I just completed an independent study for my doctorate on the "Talmid and Novitiate" and the implications of these movements in history for contemporary leadership development (especially in adolescence). It is going to be part of a larger work that I am writing that won't be ready for a number of months.
