To End All Wars - Argyll Film Partners present a motion picture based on a true story by Ernest Gordon
Friends, I was innocently hanging out in the family room of the Johnson Estate in beautiful Salt Lake City. As I was fighting off rabid Mormons who encircled me in their holy underwear, I had a chance to spin a DVD entitled, "To end all wars". It is the true story of a man who eventually became the chaplain at Princeton University, Ernest George. This movie impacted me as few have over the years. I would put it "up" there with "The Mission", "Schindler's List", "Blazing Saddles" and other life-changing movies. Seriously, rent it. Better yet, buy it. Show it to your friends. It is a bit brutal...but that is the point. Remember the "great love hath no man..." passage? This movie will drive that verse home! Watch it and blog on in with your comments.
